WolVol Budget Netbook Review
When you set out to get your hands on a budget netbook there are a lot of things to consider. First and foremost you need to be careful of the quality of the product that you are buying. Then, just like when you are making any other technology product purchase, you need to be sure to match the right product to the right end user. After all , even if a product is great, if it does not meet your needs you will not use it that often and you will have wasted your money.
Today, we are going to talk about the 7" EPC WolVol Netbook , peek under the hood at its specs and then decide who this option would be good for.
The system has a processor that is unnamed, except for its bus speed, which we know to be 300 MHz. That is not very fast if you are going to run high power application or stream a lot of media, but it can get the basics done for you. The hard drive size is 2GB, which means that most of the storage will have to on the cloud or you can take advantage of the USB 2.0 slot and a flash drive. The whole thing weighs about 6 pounds.
Given what we know about the hardware for the 7" EPC WolVol Netbook and the fact that it comes in a wide selection of candy coated colors (black, green, red, pink, white) we can get a good idea of who this system is for. It is for kids. Younger children, who are prone to abusing their technology, can make do with the slower speeds and use it for its almost inevitable function, web games and site browsing. For them the small hard drive will not be much of an issue. If you consider this machine to be one step up from the toy laptops in Wal-Mart you will understand its demographic right away.
