New Acer / ASUS Netbooks Due in August
While we've already seen a few next generation netbooks come out from Toshiba (here and here) but there are some from Acer and ASUS that we've been waiting on for a while like the 1016p, 1018p or 1015 to name a few. Apparently this wait is going to extend into next month according to Digitimes.
The Reason? While it's not completely clear, it looks like it's related to the newer Intel Atom dual core chips. Needless to say, we'll have more on the next generation netbooks as they become available. In the mean time, you can always check out the latest that Toshiba has to offer
