    MSI Wind L1300 and L1350 arrive on Amazon.com

    MSI's recently announced netbooks the L1300 and L1350 have made their debut on Amazon.com:


    Quick Specs: Intel Atom N450 1.66 GHz processor, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB HD, 802.11b/g/n (see full specs)

    The MSI Wind L1300-441US comes in at $279.99


    Quick Specs: Intel Atom N450 1.66 GHz processor, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB / 250 GB, 3 cell / 6 cell battery (see all models)

    The MSI Wind L1350 has shown up with two different model types in two different colors. The MSI Wind L130-430US is black and available for $299.99 and sports the lower end specs with a 3 cell battery and 160 GB hard drive. The MSI Wind L1350-431US is also black but priced at $329.99; however, it has the higher end specs with the larger 250 GB hard drive and a 6 cell battery. Then there are two different blue options with matching specs the MSI Wind L1350-436US at $299.99 and the MSI Wind L1350-437US at $329.99.

    These models are all shipping out of TigerDirect, but as we all know - once something arrives on Amazon.com more retailers (including Amazon) are quickly added. No sign of the MSI Wind 2300 as of yet, please update me if you see it.

      I had a look at a MSI L1300 today at Fry’s. I have to say that I have a hard time seeing why someone would pick it over an Eee PC 1001P. The L1350 is a bit more attractive because it has wireless N and a good webcam, so that at least sets it a apart from some budget netbooks. By the way, I saw the L1350 for $279.99 over at Newegg.
