First comes the Atom N450 then the Atom N470 in March 2010
Fudzilla is reporting that the Intel Atom N470 1.86 GHz processor is due out in March 2010. Unlike it's weaker brother the N450 which is reportedly due out in January 2010 the N470 will actually improve processor speeds over the current generation of Intel Atom processors at 1.86 GHz. Combine the fact that both chips will draw less power than their predecessors and next gen netbooking is looking better every day.

So what do we think? Battery life of 12-16 hours?
I would not be surprised. Its so exciting it makes me want to buy another netbook when these things come out. But on the other hand, I don’t know what I’d do with 16 hours of battery life. I only use 4 hours at a time as it is.
