HP Mini 311 plays lots of games
Earlier this month we reported on how the HP Mini 311 could play Call of Duty 4 because of it's Nvidia ION platform inside, but what if COD isn't your cup of tea? Well, myhpmini forum member th3drow has been putting his HP Mini 311 through it's paces and has confirmed the following games all work:
Fallout 3, Battlefield 2142, Elder Scrolls Oblivion, F.E.A.R, Left 4 dead, Counterstrike source, Counterstrike 1.6, Quake 4, Swat 4, Medieval 2, Batman Arkham Asylum, Red Faction Guerilla, Clive Barkers Jericho, Crysis, Rollercoaster Tycoon and several more.
I don't know about you but I can't wait until Oct 22nd when Windows 7 releases along with a wave of Ion powered netbooks. Until then you can always pick up the HP Mini 311 if you don't want to wait.
