How to find netbooks priced under $300

Amazon just updated their netbooks page with a new section that allows you to search only netbooks priced under $300. This nifty feature is an easy way for people on the hunt for bargains to get great netbooks for under $300 (even though it is simply a customized search filter).

Some of the best deals on netbooks I've seen in the search include the Gateway LT2106u 8 Hours of Battery Life for $288.58:

And the Asus Eee PC 1001P-MU17 $295.54:

There are also some older netbook models that utilize the Intel Atom N280 previous generation processor that are on sale there as well. Definitely worth checking out before you make a netbook purchase decision in case a great model just received a price drop knocking it below the $300 mark.
