That picture looks like a terrible Photoshop, the final design would definitely be different from that as a black HP Mini 110 looks more business oriented than the ThinkPad netbook pictured (despite the Mini 110's swirl pattern on the lid).
I wouldn't be surprised if Lenovo released an overpriced business oriented netbook. This wouldn't be the first time that a company marketed a netbook towards a different market than the average netbook consumer. Sony did this with their not-a-netbook Atom Z530 powered netbook that had a small, high resolution screen. Samsung continues to market most of their netbooks as being luxury models, and there are a few other companies that do this.
However, given the current cost and battery performance of other ThinkPad models, it might be a while before a ThinkPad netbook comes out. The only bad thing about a possible ThinkPad netbook is that it would likely use the same N280+GMA 950 combination that everyone else does, Windows 7 Professional, and it will be sold for about $200 higher than it needs to be (likely putting it in the $500 price range which is too much even for people in a business).
