It's just business. Makers want to milk the current brisk sales of the 270/280 with the current chipset. When new comes out, all of us old users will want to upgrade. However, it's not going to be that much of an advantage. If you can wait six months, do so, but the 1000HE is the
pick of the litter right now at a good price.
In the meantime, Chris, you will have to innovate reviews based on
creative netbookery with current computers. There are
easy mods and
utility/apps that make netbooking better to discuss. I think there is a lot more to cover about how to
take care of your netbook and
how to use SSD in the netbook.
