Default MSI Wind U100 - Should I buy it?

I'm rather tempted. I'm not really a huge fan of MSI's netbooks, but it's on sale for $240 CAD. I'm thinking it would be equivalent to you guys seeing it for $200 USD.

It only comes with a 3 cell battery, and it is white, free shipping though, brand new, 160GB drive, full 1 year warrantee. What do you guys think? I'm running out of time to decide.

Yup, I have the Wind U100 and don't regret it. I picked up a 6 cell battery on eBay and have been very happy w/ it. The 3 cell sits in the bag for 'emergencies' when the 6 cell isn't enough...hasn't happened yet.

I bought an MSI wind U100 back in december 2008 for almost double the price you quoted. It's been a reliable servant since and I don't regret it. I got a two year warranty for mine off Amazon.

My Wind U100 just died (dog knocked it to the floor and screen is dead), so I purchased a replacement on eBay, but it comes with NO warrantee. Anyone know of a place where I can buy an after-the-fact warrantee? Would it be worth it? This one comes only with a DOA warrantee....he guarantees it'll work straight out of the box! I'm scared!
