bluetooth driver win7

Hello guys,

I am ARJUN .. i just got myself a laptop.DELL inspiron 14r. The bluetooth driver gets uninstalled as soon as i turn off the adapter. The problem is in windows only. I 've linux installed where i can turn it off and on. But when switched off in windows i have to reinstall the driver again

... Please help me out
