Hi. We're going to need very clear details on what you mean...but here are some ideas for Network troubleshooting:

1)Never trust wireless. That's Rule #1. Plug a wired connection (that you know works) into your netbook, reboot, and see if you can surf the internet. If you can (or can't), you've just made a huge dent in solving the problem.

2)If you can surf via wire but not wireless, see if other computers/devices can surf wirelessly...if they can, then it is something about your particular netbook (firewall enabled, possibly physical on/off button for your wireless, or maybe your wireless card is simply broken). Continuing...can your machine surf ANY WIRELESS network like a library or a friend's house?

3)If your machine works on other people's wireless networks but not yours, you've narrowed the problem down to your router. Check to make sure you have enough IP addresses available...check the wireless security settings...check the wireless speed (B, G, N, etc) and if your computer can work on it. If your machine cannot connect to any wireless network (has it ever worked????) but you can surf via wire, most likely there is something regarding the wireless card (bad drivers, disabled, physically shut off, physically broken, etc).

Those 3 topics, IN THAT ORDER, should tell you what your problem is within an hour.

-Eric
