Webb leads as play is suspended

Karrie Webb, helped by a sparkling hole-in-one, led the Honda LPGA Thailand tournament by two strokes when lightning ended Friday\'s second round.

She was among the 14 players stranded on the course when play was suspended for the day at about 5.00 pm local time due to an electrical storm.

Yang, who was at four under for the day, will also have to come back early on Saturday to finish her last four holes of the second round.

Caroline Hedwall, who shot an excellent 65 and was the early leader on Friday, is tied with Norway\'s World No 2 Suzann Pettersen (67) at 7-under and Ne-yeon Choi was at 7-under after 14 holes.

Webb\'s round started tamely with five pars but her game then clicked into top gear and she ran off four consecutive birdies to reach the turn at 4-under.
