Default Quiros charge as Horsey slumps

England\'s David Horsey must have been kicking himself when he reached the turn in Friday\'s second round of the Hong Kong Open.
The joint first round leader at 6-under 66 with Northern Ireland\'s World No 2 Rory McIlroy and big-hitting Spaniard Alvaro Quiros, the 26-year-old had just blown the lead he had moved into at 7-under earlier with a TaylorMade Burner SuperFast 2.0 Rescue at the 12th, his third hole of the day after teeing off at the 10th.
This by bogeying the 15th at the storied Hong Kong Golf Club at Fanling, and then double bogeying the 18th and slipping back to four-under heading into his second nine.
Quiros, on the other hand, was making up ground and had moved into sole possession of the lead, three birdies over the back nine which he too played with TaylorMade Burner SuperFast 2.0 Rescue first, having taken him nine under par at the turn.
A bogey at the first checked his progress, but at this stage, at 8-under after 10 holes, he was still two clear of McIlroy, who was still warming up was only due get away with the afternoon starters.
Australian Darren Beck was a further shot back at five under par with for the tournament following two birdies and a bogey in 13 holes, and he was alongside Miguel Angel Jimenez, with the Spaniard at even par for the day after 12 holes.( TaylorMade Burner SuperFast 2.0 Rescue)
Frenchman Gregory Havret and Australia\'s Marcus Fraser stood level with Horsey on four under through eight and 12 holes respectively while Northern Irishman Gareth Maybin was three under thanks to a hole-in-one at the fourth.
