Default List of XP Netbooks shipping?

Hi Chris and all....anyone have a list of netbooks that are still shipping with XP Home on them? It would be great if the netbooks that were/are just released in the past 0-4 months ship with XP...I have a few friends that want to buy some netbooks and would love to still get it with XP rather than have to learn W7.

I don't have a list but these are the netbooks that I know of that come with Windows XP on them:
HP Mini 311
HP Mini 210
HP Mini 210 HD
Dell Mini 10
Dell Mini 10v

And all of the netbooks listed here. It seems that Windows XP is still the default OS for netbooks. Kind of surprising since Microsoft spent so much time developing Windows 7 (Home Premium and above) so that it could run nicely on capable (ie 16GB SSD, 1GB RAM, Atom N510 and higher) netbooks.

What is really surprising is that the HP Mini 210 (which has newer hardware from Intel) comes default with Windows XP and they care charging $30 to upgrade to Windows 7 starter (which is worthless). I thought the whole ushering in of the new Intel hardware would bring the death of Windows XP and Windows 7 starter on netbooks. At least Asus has things right by putting Windows 7 Home Premium on their netbooks.

Default netbook OS competition

The Sony W was offered with XP at Fry's recently.

Here in Asia, the XP netbooks disappeared off the shelf and reappeared as, in most cases, W7 Starter. New is always seen as better. The change is not whether XP or W7 is better, though, but not to allow Linux to make inroads.

If I could buy official copies of XP, I'd buy a few. Since that's not possible and the older application software suitable for netbooks is not available either, I'm planning on moving on to W7 soon enough, second or third quarter of this year. Since I could buy copies of W7 Pro now for $30 as a student, I bought a few.

I like XP enough to keep it on my desktop and portable right now especially since no more cash outlay is required. If I have to replace one or the other computer with a model with W7, I'll put W7 on both. Linux is probably not an option for me so this thread about XP netbooks is good.

The same for business. A 100 station business running XP, without a need to change hardware or applications, probably would not change the XP OS to W7. That would be an unnecessary expense.
