no monitor

I started up my gateway and recieved to picture on the monitor. power light shines blue and everything seems to be working. I am siure you have had this question before Sorry for the repeat

Hello and welcome to the forums. I moved your post from the introduction area to the section dealing with Gateway netbooks. What model netbook do you have, is this the first time it is acting like this, is it plugged in or running off of the battery, did anything happen (such as a power surge) prior to the display not coming on, and is the display just not coming on or is the computer not fully booting either (you can test this by plugging it into an external monitor via your netbook's VGA connection)?

Hello and thank you for trying to help me. The model number is MT6707 this is the first time this has happened . There wasa power surge just before everything wne t blank. it was plugged in I have tried running on battery and plugged in again. It does not completely boot up it stops shortly after starting up.

When i press the power button on my PC, the fan works and the Dvd Rom keeps on flickering but the monitor no signal. There are no Beeps from the motherboard. I have checked power cord and inside mobo but all looks fine. Please HELP!

3.06 gig celeron d cpu
p5pe-vm mobo
2gig ddr ram
256 geforce gpu
40gig hdd
