If you Google "External battery charger for 1215N-PU17" there are a host of choices available. I cannot reccomend a specific brand or model.
Simple advice from one that has an electronics degree ... I would simply make sure whichever rand/model you choose does not exceed the output characterists of a regular charger for the netbook.
