I have sent my ASUS netbook in for repairs twice. The second time, it was returned infected with the DansGuardian virus (a censor program). Now when I try to log on to Yahoo Mail, I get an "unsupported compression format" error message; a Wiki log on attempt gets a denial due to "Japanese Pornography", and various other sites are forbidden due to a "long character string", making the computer essentially useless.

I am not the only one to have experienced this because I have read of others on the web but ASUS maintains ignorance.
