Default Eee PC 1215n Black screen after screen of Asus. Win 7 is not open!

Excuse my English, It's HORRIBLE!

I bought a 1215n and it came with Windows 7 Ultimate installed by the seller. I entered the site of asus and was downloading and installing the utilities on it, until then nothing different. I installed most software including the Asus ExpressGate Cloud OS that serves to manage some files or get on the internet without having to open windows (before the system starts windows). The computer was functioning normally. Yesterday I hung it normally, but when I told him to turn on today he opens a white screen of the Eee PC and then gets a black screen. Not load windows! I tried a boot disk driver for pendriver and sent the pc to boot in it, but he keeps claiming that it is for me to connect the removable disc even when he was already connected. I do not know if the problem is my computer or disc that I did. I know computers from Dell for example has a Fn + Connect system that scans the hardware and see if everything is working just fine. The one on the asus has something like this? Does anyone have any idea what might have happened? The problem I believe is only in HD because when I send him to boot it the screen goes black. I thought may be something related to ExpressGate or automatic updates of windows seven. Please guys help me.

I am having a hard time understanding your problem. When you say "him," are you referring to your netbook or the person who sold it to you? What exactly are you doing?
