Default Memory Upgrade

My wife's laptop puked and died last night. Fortunately, I was able to capture all the important files just before it totally croaked. I just ordered the Asus Eee PC 1005HA-PU1X-BK with 10.5 hr battery and the N280 processor from Amazon. Can someone help me with the exact memory module I need to order to upgrade to 2GB? Amazon showed two Crucial memory modules on their website, but when I went to the Crucial website it listed yet a third memory module number. I am not concerned about the brand of memory, but I need to know what I order will be compatible. Any advice would be appreciated, preferably from someone who has actually ordered and successfully installed the exact same memory module they are recommending. Here are the recommended modules I found on the Amazon and Crucial sites:

Amazon:
Crucial 2GB 667 Mhz CT25664AC667 DDR2 200-Pin SODIMM
Crucial Technology CT25664AC800 2GB 200-pin SODIMM DDR2 PC2-6400

Crucial:
2GB, 200-pin SODIMM, DDR2 PC2-6400 memory module CT1001597

The CT1001597 does not show up on either Amazon or Newegg and I can't find a recommendation on the Asus website.

Default RAM memory

This computer is a tad new to have much written about it. I haven't even seen one so if you want to ignore my post, go right ahead.

Here is a discussion on the Amazon site about memory. It does mention what I have experienced before with other computers. Crucial's number is an internal part number and that's why it seems odd. The 800MHz does work better for overclocking and I have one in my 1000HE. HTH
