I went to the FOE site and found the following:
"Scientific evidence suggests silver, and in particular nano-silver, is toxic and may be detrimental to human health." and "If there is no data on the dangers, then these products should not be on the market."
Do you have any links to evidence so I can investigate the health implications? The FOE site did not publish the scientific evidence nor link to it.

this database. Of course, check it for its science accuracy. Apparently nano-silver is not just used on keyboards. It is used in socks as a fungicide, in washing machines for whatever cleaning purpose and other non-medical uses.
Frankly, I never noticed before that I had a keyboard hazard but the nano-silver marketing is there for those who desire it.
