April was a good month for netbooks, or at least a good month for netbooks made by Toshiba. They took five of the top ten spots this month. So either, Toshiba makes some really good netbooks, or they have been convincing their employees to buy a whole lot of their own products.

To figure this one out, we are going to look at the top seller. The Toshiba NB505-N508BL 10.1-Inch Netbook (Blue). This machine features the Intel Atom processor N455, which runs at a speed of 1.66 GHz, and has a 512KB L2 Cache. That processor gives a solid level of processing for a netbook. The 250GB hard drive in ample for both work and play users,. The 1024 x 600 native resolution display will do well enough for most users, but not for anyone looking for HD applications. With an estimated battery life of 8 hours, 21 minutes this machine can last you through a whole day of work without the cord, which is good news for anyone who is constantly on the go.

Couple all of this with the fact that the machine has an eco-friendly edge, allowing users to have a high level of control over the power settings of the machine. Now, we can see how Toshiba took so many top spots. Here are the netbooks in the order of best sellers.
